Since 1995, the Yoga & Polarity Center has continued to grow with dynamic classes and other offerings. From beginner classes to advanced level to teacher trainings and workshops, we have something for everyone. Take a look at the various daily classes. We look forward to seeing you at the center.

We’ve recently opened a second location at 333 Hempstead Avenue as well as our ongoing center at 32 Church Street, Marlverne, NY.
